For experienced runners we meet every Tuesday at 7pm at Woodgreen Leisure Centre in Banbury for a friendly training run (we usually run around 5 -8 miles dependent on experience).
For new runners we meet at 6 pm on a Tuesday evening. This is aimed at total beginners, or people a bit unsure of their pace or ability. Its a good opportunity to have a go at running, with some experienced runners to help you with advice and encouragement and most of all to have fun! We also hold hills and sprint sessions on a Thursday night. They usually start at 7pm but it is always worth checking beforehand because sometimes they are used for long run sessions and they can start earlier.
We have experienced runners always willing to offer help, advice and tips. Why not come along and join us on a Tuesday for a free training run – you’ll be glad you made the effort! We will introduce you to everyone and arrange it so you run with people of a similar standard. If you enjoy it why not become a member.

Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December and costs £20.00 per year. This includes a £13 membership registration to England Athletics (which runs from April to April) and all of your training sessions with CRJ. Being a CRJ member will also get you a concession on entering races, usually £1 or £2 for each race and free entry into the Oxford Mail Cross Country Races.
